Coastal Georgia CFC:  Message From the Chair

Dear Colleagues,

It is my honor to serve as the chairperson for the 2014 Combined Federal Campaign for the 17 counties of the Coastal Empire.  Being born and raised in the Coastal Empire, I know first-hand the generosity and caring that is part of our culture.  As a member of the military and a civil service employee, I know the service that we all provide to our country and community.

The theme for this year's campaign says it all: "Serving our Country. Supporting our Community." This theme sums up exactly what the CFC is all about. The campaign provides each of us the opportunity to make a small contribution that pays off exponentially for our community. You can designate your contribution to specific charities that are part of the CFC, including nearly 100 locally approved organizations.  You can make a tremendous impact in our community with just a small donation.

Please take a look at the CFC materials to browse the list of participating charities awaiting your support.  I am sure you will see several if not many organizations  that you or your family uses. The dynamic range of local organizations supported by your CFC donation touches nearly every person in our community.

I ask two specific things of you.  First, please support the CFC with whatever contribution that you can, and second, please share your support and enthusiasm for the CFC with you co workers.  We all serve our country; let's all support our community.
